Deleting a Patient Encounter Note
Complete the following steps to delete a patient encounter note:
- From the Assignment Manager menu, select Patient Assign. This opens the Patient Assign page in Summary by Patient view.
- In the Assign section of the toolbar, click Patients. This opens the Assign Patients view.
- Click the Patient Encounter Note icon
at the end of the patient's row. This opens the Patient Encounter Note window for that patient.
- View the note or notes. You may need to use the scroll bar to see all notes available.
- Clear all text within the note box.
- Click Save.
- Click Close to return to the Patient Assign page.
