Using the Employee Locator

Employees and profile administrators open the employee locator the same way and use similar methods to locate employees.

Complete the following steps to locate an employee:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Locator. This opens the Locator page.
  2. Select the employee's name from the Employee menu. If you are logged in as an administrator, you can locate employees from any profile by selecting the profile name from the Profile menu, and then selecting the employee name from the Employee menu.
  3. Enter the date in the Date box to view the employee's assignments.
  4. Click Search.

If there are no current assignments for the employee for the selected date, Clairvia Web displays the message No Matches Found. Otherwise, Clairvia Web displays the employee's assignments.

You can also use the Search page to find employees.
