Viewing Pages

There are three parts to each Clairvia Web page.

Avoid the Back and Forward Buttons

Because schedulers can update data at any time, it is critical to be sure you that see the most current information. When you click Back or Forward on the browser window, however, your browser pulls information from your cache instead of getting the latest data from the Web server. This can cause Clairvia Web to display old information. Instead of using Back or Forward, use the Clairvia Web menus and links to be sure that the application always displays the most recent data.

Finally, if you click Back or Forward, you may receive a message stating that the page has expired. If you receive this message, click Refresh on your browser window to continue viewing the web page.

Certain pages, such as some reports, may not have menus available. In that case, it is all right to use the browser window Back button to return to the previous page.

Co-Branding Clairvia Web

By default, each web page has the solution logo in the upper left corner. Organizations can replace this logo with their own using Staff Manager Administrator.
